great layoutwide array

the room had a great layout and included a very useful ironing board and iron. breakfast was fantastic with a seriously wide array of choices. The staff kept it well-stocked.

The hotel's hallway scent was a bit off. I noticed it from a previous comment and it's still there.

Breakfast was AMAZING!!! The buffet had many options. I found the gym very well equipped. It really surprised me for a hotel gym. It included free sparkling water.

The staff did not consider my request for a room with a better view. Our room had a HUGE wall and a small window. It was very disappointing.

mixed experience. a bit underwhelming

the breakfast was excellent, with a lot of food variety available, so i could get a good start to my days.

The hotel lacked some basic services i was expecting. the in-room phone was missing, so i had to use my own mobile to contact reception, then go through an automated system. also, there was no proper room service. The tea cup wasn't washed and bottled water wasn't replenished daily, even if the old bottle had some water.
